The 800E derives its D?Appolito speaker array directly from our highly acclaimed Platinum T8 tower ? a pair of 4-inch midrange speakers flanking a 1-inch ferrofluid-cooled tweeter. Our engineering team worked tirelessly to evolve the Platinum tower into an in-wall application that is less than 4-inches deep, by incorporating a solid wood sealed enclosure along with a redesigned crossover network. The result is extremely precise sound and an exceptional soundstage from the array, with smooth bass response from the pair of hand-built. 8-inch woofers.
