You may return
unopened and unused items for a refund (15% restocking fee
and shipping are not refundable). Please allow 10-15 days for
the credit to appear

Defective items will be
exchanged within 7 days from the date of receiving the unit. After 7
days please contact the manufacturer for further details

Special and Custom
orders can not be returned unless defective.

In the case of
defective items please contact a Sound Seller sales representative.
Unopened Item Return
Procedure

Contact the Sound
Seller at 1-800-826-0520 for Return Authorization. Failure to
due so will result in package refusal upon arrival.

Include a copy of your
invoice. Next to the item you are returning, indicate on the
copy the quantity and reason for the return.

Double Box the item!
Items not Double boxed will be refused!

Ship Package via
insured carrier (FedEx or UPS). This cost is your
responsibility!

We will issue a credit
to the original credit card for the cost of the item
including sales tax (if applicable).

A 15% restock fee will
be charged! All shipping fees are non refundable!
Defective Item Returns

Contact the Sound
Seller for technical assistance at 1-800-826-0520. Many
problems can be solved with just a little help.

If you have exhausted
al other remedies please call back 1-800-826-0520 for Return
Authorization. Failure to due so will result in package
refusal upon arrival.

Include all accessories
and original packing materials

Double Box the item!
Items not Double boxed will be refused!

Include copy of
original receipt. Please include a brief but detailed
description of the defect.

Attach FedEx Return
label provided by Fedex.com (this will be emailed to you after
completion of step 2)

Drop the item off at a
FedEx location nearest you.

Your new item will be
shipped within one to two business days of the package arrival

You may change or
cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we
cannot make changes.

Special & Custom orders
may not be returned!

If we made an error on
your custom order we will fix the order immediately at no charge to
you

If you made an error in
your order, unfortunately we cannot issue a return or refund because
we are unable to recover our cost on special order items

An Item Is Missing
You may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with
multiple items.
You will not incur additional shipping charges for the split
shipment.
The invoice enclosed with your order indicates which items shipped.

My Order Did not Arrive
Orders shipped through Federal Express or Freight carrier can be
tracked.

For orders shipped through United States Postal Service or through
Freight, please allow up to ten business days for your order to
arrive.

An Item Is Damaged
Your satisfaction is our number one priority and if an item does not
meet your expectations, simply contact us.
Take Pictures of the packaging and the item. Please show as
much detail as possible. Email these pictures to ron@soundseller.com
You can send most items back by using the label provided by the
original carrier and following the shipping instructions provided by
a Sound Seller Asscociate
Your replacement item will be shipped upon receipt of the damaged
product
